I recently stumbled upon some Dean Koontz interviews which got me thinking about his influence on me. I have read probably all of his early work, (pre-From The Corner of His Eye) except for the hard-to-find sci-fi and his short stories, and I have fond memories of escaping into his suspense-filled worlds. Watching the interviews just made me sad that there is such a divide now in his work post 2000, which I wrote about for Cultured Vultures.
